The San Luis Obispo Council of Governments Comprehensive Multimodal Corridor Plan or CMCP is a performance-based assessment to identify a prioritized package of multimodal improvements that improves a given corridor’s ability to reliably and efficiently move people and goods while facilitating overall connectivity for all travel modes. A CMCP must also demonstrate consistency with state planning initiatives including reductions in greenhouse emission, economic development; resilience; and equity.
